In recent years, there has been an increasing demand to replace ancient structures. The removal of such structures also involves the existing piles that supported structures, and backfilling pulling-out holes formed during removal. However, are no standard guidelines for holes. At present, therefore, each owner or contractor must determine material construction method use backfilling. This results in a difference between mechanical properties original soil those backfilled, namely, on which newly built structure will be constructed. this study, it was assumed new pile would installed perforated (that is, left after removing piles) where differ backfilled soil. behavior pile, when boundary two types properties, evaluated by three-dimensional linear elastic analysis.
